Project | Atherosclerosis Vaccine (in-vivo)

We evaluated the efficacy of lectin-oxidized lipoprotein receptor 1 (LOX-1) as vaccine on rat induced atherosclerosis. We examined the LOX-1 antibody and foam cell levels, eNOS and NFkB expression.
